Shipping of orders

  • After placing the order, you will receive a call within 24 hours to confirm the address and order details.
  • Once the order is confirmed, it is shipped within 48 hours and notification is sent via e-mail & SMS.
  • Product is generally delivered between 3-7 working days.
  • Note: Please keep the invoice, box and the outer cover intact if you wish to return or exchange the product.

Easy Returns

  • Go to "Account" tab and click on the "Order Detail" tab.
  • Select the article you want to return from the Order History.
  • Under the Action menu click on the option for "Return/Refund Request." This will initiate a Return request.

  • After receiving the Return request we will arrange a reverse pick-up of that article from your address. (NOTE: In some areas option of reverse pick-up is not available. In such cases customer will courier the product and Rs. 100 will be refunded to the customer for courier cost.)
  • Pack the product safely in its original packing.

Once the article is received at the Warehouse, a quality test will be done to ensure that the product is in a salable condition. After the article passes the quality test, we will initiate the refund/exchange from our end. In case of refund for COD order you will be requested to share your bank details with us on our email ID: support@drish.com.

The refund is usually completed within 5-7 working days after return product is received at the warehouse.

Returns will be accepted only it passes through quality check.
